If you’d rather celebrate on New Year’s Day, join Backstreet Café for bunch from 11 AM – 3 PM!

The Annie Café & Bar: Ring in the new year with the Annie on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day. Reserve a seat to enjoy a meal and live music on New Year’s Eve, or order your meal to go. Tony’s: Fans of Tony’s will love that they can join in on some New Year’s Eve fun at the restaurant. Guests can dig into a four-course, prix fixe dinner while listening to live band Nick & the Hits. What’s wonderful about a reservation at Tony’s is that restaurant-goers can choose from early-bird seating from 6:00 PM – 8:15 PM or seating from 9:15 PM – midnight. The deadline to order takeout this year has already passed, but the food from both restaurants is memorable enough to jot down a mental note for the future. Goode Company: For “a merry Goode meal,” Goode Company’s holiday menu consisted of beef tenderloin or turkey breast with sides like potatoes au gratin, creamed spinach, and dinner rolls. Customers this year could also add on favorites like the famous Brazos bottom pecan pie. Yum!

The Pit Room: This year, the Pit Room offered whole turkeys, briskets, and honey-glazed smoked hams to go. Located at 1201 Richmond Avenue, the Pit Room serves amazing hand-crafted Texas BBQ and delicious sides like macaroni and cheese, cole slaw, and grilled Mexican street corn.
