Market Square Tower

Located in downtown Houston, Market Square Tower is a luxury high rise manged by Greystar. The community overlooks its namesake, Market Square, which is filled with food trucks and activities for downtown area residents. The community is walking distance to nightlife on Main Street and the arts located in the theatre district. Residences feature stainless steel appliance packages with gas ranges, floor to ceiling windows, solar shades, hard wood floors, custom cabinets, custom closets, marble and granite counters, stand-alone showers and so much more. It is located just a couple block from the METROrail making it a great fit for medical professionals or anyone working in downtown. Residents can enjoy easy access to downtown, midtown or NRG stadium using the light rail system. The Southmore is a luxury high rise developed by Hines and managed by Greystar. Hines is possibly most well known in Houston for the development of the Williams Tower (formerly Transco) and the adjacent Waterwall Park. The Carter
