History: Greenway Plaza is actually a complex consisting of 11 buildings that boast some pretty amazing amenities. It had its grand opening in 1973 after Kenneth L. Schnitzer, chairperson of the Century Development Corporation, quietly acquired numerous small parcels of land. The campus now spans across 52 acres and nearly five million square feet!
