These Memorial Park Apartments boast stunning views of Downtown, the Texas Medical Center, and the Galleria area. The rooftop deck isn't just great for views and catching fireworks (think 4th of July); the pool is refreshing and there's a private space around the corner for entertaining. Each unit is nicely appointed with hard wood floors in the common rooms, tile in the wet areas and plush carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchens are finished in one of 3 color schemes with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and custom cabinets. Patios complement every apartment home with views of the bayou, the courtyard or Memorial Drive. My favorite amenity is the on-site dog park and private access to Buffalo Bayou, but the infinity pool and fitness center are pretty awesome too! You can easily jog to Memorial Park or take a leisurely stroll along the bayou trails to Eleanor Tinsley Park. You really can't get anymore centrally located with Downtown, The Heights, The Galleria, Midtown, River Oaks and Montrose all being under 5 minutes away. One, two and three bedrooms are available and some units include their own attached garage.
